These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ceramic Implant Clarity™ website and services (the “Services”). Ceramic Implant Clarity™ is a subsidiary of Growth Rain (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Services

The Services include informational content and the Ceramic Implant Visibility Snapshot™, a diagnostic review of how a dental practice appears to health-conscious patients searching for metal-free tooth replacement. The snapshot is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. It is not clinical, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the practice you represent when requesting a snapshot or booking a call.

Bookings and communications

When you book through Calendly or contact us, you agree that we may communicate with you by email, phone, or video call in connection with the snapshot and any follow-up.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Ceramic Implant Clarity™ and Ceramic Implant Visibility Snapshot™ names, logos, copy, and diagnostic frameworks, is owned by Growth Rain or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

No guarantees

Marketing and patient acquisition outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of patients, bookings, revenue, or search rankings from the snapshot or any related work.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceramic Implant Clarity™, Growth Rain, and their officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (and zero if you paid us nothing).

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers such as Calendly and Microsoft Clarity. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growth Rain is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
